These Terms of Service govern your use of ReputationToLeads.com and your purchase or use of Reputation To Leads services. Reputation To Leads is operated by Notice Me Directories LLC.
1. Reputation To Leads Service
Reputation To Leads provides a website-based Reputation Badge system designed to help businesses display qualifying customer review content and other approved reputation information on their own websites.
Features may include a floating website badge, expandable review presentation, forward and back review navigation, connected review-feed functionality, and one configured badge action such as Click-to-Call, a selected website destination, or Reviews Only.
2. Done-For-You Configuration
Reputation To Leads configures the Reputation Badge using information supplied by the customer and the options selected for the service.
Once configuration is completed, website-ready code is provided to the customer or the customer's webmaster for placement on the customer's website.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Reputation To Leads is not responsible for editing, maintaining, hosting, or administering the customer's website.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate business and website information
- Providing the correct phone number or destination URL for the selected badge action
- Providing or authorizing access to any information reasonably needed to configure the service
- Obtaining any permissions necessary to connect an approved review source
- Ensuring the provided badge code is properly placed on the customer's website
- Maintaining control of the customer's website, domain, hosting, plugins, and related technology
- Reviewing business information supplied for badge configuration
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
4. Review Content And Third-Party Sources
Review information displayed through the Reputation Badge may originate from an approved third-party review platform or connected review source.
Reputation To Leads does not control third-party review platforms, their policies, technical systems, availability, review content, access requirements, or future changes.
The availability and timing of review-feed updates may vary. Qualifying reviews may typically appear within a few hours, but no specific update time is guaranteed.
The number of qualifying reviews available for display depends on the connected review source and the customer's existing review history.
5. Review Selection And Display
The Reputation Badge may be configured to display selected qualifying 5-star reviews and may display up to 25 reviews at a time, subject to the capabilities and availability of the connected review source.
Review availability may change as new reviews are posted, third-party platforms modify their systems, or connected information changes.
6. Other Reputation Content
Where appropriate, a Reputation Badge presentation may also include clearly identified trust information, client appreciation, or other legitimate reputation content supplied by the customer.
Customers may only provide content they are legally entitled to use.
Customers may not submit fabricated reviews, false testimonials, impersonations, misleading endorsements, or other deceptive reputation content for display through Reputation To Leads.
7. Badge Action
A Reputation Badge may be configured with one active action selected for the customer.
Available configurations may include:
- Click-to-Call
- A link to one selected website page or destination
- Reviews Only with no additional action button
Only one of these actions is active on the customer's live badge at a time unless otherwise specifically agreed.
8. Pricing And Activation
Current pricing is displayed on the Reputation To Leads Pricing page and during checkout.
Under the current standard Reputation Badge offer, the initial payment is a $99 one-time Activation and Configuration Fee.
The recurring Reputation Badge service is $99 per month, with the first monthly payment beginning 30 days after the initial activation payment unless otherwise stated during checkout.
9. Recurring Billing
By purchasing the recurring Reputation Badge service, the customer authorizes the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
Recurring charges continue until the subscription is canceled.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider and are also subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.
10. Cancellation
The standard monthly Reputation Badge service does not require a long-term contract unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Customers may request cancellation through the Reputation To Leads Contact page.
Cancellation prevents future subscription charges after the cancellation becomes effective. Customers should submit requests before the next scheduled billing date.
11. Activation Fee And Refunds
The one-time Activation and Configuration Fee is nonrefundable once configuration work has begun.
Except where required by applicable law, monthly subscription payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.
12. Website Placement
Reputation To Leads provides website-ready code for placement on the customer's website.
The customer may place the code personally or provide it to a webmaster, website administrator, developer, or other authorized party.
Providing website-ready code does not mean that Reputation To Leads assumes responsibility for the customer's website, hosting, security, software, plugins, or ongoing website maintenance.
13. Website Compatibility
The Reputation Badge is intended for use on websites that permit compatible custom code or script placement.
Website builders, themes, plugins, hosting providers, security systems, browsers, or future software changes may affect the appearance or operation of website code.
Reputation To Leads cannot guarantee compatibility with every website platform, theme, plugin, security configuration, browser, or future software update.
14. No Guarantee Of Leads Or Business Results
Reputation To Leads is designed to help make customer reputation information more visible and accessible to website visitors.
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, telephone calls, appointments, inquiries, sales, conversions, customers, revenue, or other business results.
Results depend on numerous factors outside the control of Reputation To Leads, including the customer's market, reputation, website traffic, services, pricing, competition, sales process, and visitor behavior.
15. No Search Ranking Guarantee
Reputation To Leads does not guarantee search-engine rankings, Google visibility, website traffic, local rankings, or other search-engine optimization results.
The Reputation Badge is a reputation-display and customer-engagement service and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of improved organic search performance.
16. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Reputation To Leads service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, third-party platforms, software changes, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
17. Third-Party Changes
The service may depend in part on third-party platforms, technologies, integrations, hosting providers, or other services that Reputation To Leads does not control.
Features may need to be modified if a third-party provider changes its technology, policies, access requirements, availability, or functionality.
18. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Reputation To Leads services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.
We may suspend or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
19. Intellectual Property
Reputation To Leads branding, website content, original graphics, service materials, configuration methods, and other original materials remain the property of Notice Me Directories LLC or their respective licensors.
Customer business names, logos, reviews, and customer-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
20. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notice Me Directories LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use Reputation To Leads services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
21. Changes To Services Or Terms
Reputation To Leads may modify its services, features, or these Terms when reasonably necessary.
Pricing for future purchases may also change. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and commitments made at the time of purchase.
